Getting the lead is the easy part

Anyone can buy clicks. We run the ads, and the system that answers, qualifies, and books them before your competitor picks up the phone.

  1. 01The campaign sets one objective, and it is locked at launch.
  2. 02The ad set decides who sees it, where, and for how much.
  3. 03The ad itself: the creative, the copy, and the call to action.
  4. 04Captured by an instant form or your site, tracked both ways.
  5. 05An agent answers it in seconds rather than hours.
  6. 06A booked job, not a form fill.
  7. 07The outcome is sent back, so delivery optimises for sales rather than leads.

More leads won't fix a bucket with a hole in it.

Here is what usually happens. You pay an agency to run ads. Leads come in. They land in an inbox you check between jobs. You call back the next afternoon and half of them already hired someone else. The agency sends a report full of impressions and clicks, and you still can't tell if any of it made you money.

The ads weren't the problem. Everything after the click was.

The whole path, not just the ad.

The ads

Creative, targeting, testing and daily management on Meta. We write and build the ads, we don't recycle a template.

The landing page

Built for the ad it came from. One offer, one action, no nav to wander off into.

The response

Every lead gets answered in minutes, not the next afternoon. Day, night, weekend, holiday.

The qualification

Real prospects reach your calendar. The rest get a straight answer and stop clogging your phone.

The follow-up

Most leads don't book on the first touch. The system keeps working them so you don't have to remember to.

The numbers

Cost per booked call, cost per customer, and what came back. Not impressions.

You'll know exactly what your money did.

What you spent

How many leads came in

How many turned into booked calls

What it cost you per customer

No impressions. No reach. No engagement rate. Those numbers exist so agencies can show you a chart when the phone isn't ringing.

It's your ad account. Always was.

Everything runs inside your Meta Business Manager, under your billing. Your pixel, your audience data, your ad history, your creative library.

We manage it. You own it. If we part ways, you keep every bit of it and the account keeps running. Nothing to untangle, nothing to buy back.

Four steps, and an honest first month

  1. 01

    Discovery call

What a customer is worth to you, how many you can actually handle, and whether paid ads are even the right move. Sometimes it isn't and we'll say so.

  2. 02

    Build

Creative, landing page and the follow-up system, wired together before a dollar goes out the door.

  3. 03

    Launch and learn

The first few weeks are testing. Costs start high and come down as the data comes in. This is normal, and we'll show you the whole thing while it happens.

  4. 04

    Scale what works

Kill the losers, put money behind the winners, and keep testing new creative so performance doesn't go stale.

What you actually get

  • Spend with a job attached

Campaigns built around the work you want more of, not around a monthly budget that has to be used up.

  • Answered on arrival

Every lead lands with an agent that replies immediately, which is most of what separates a booked job from a lost one.

  • One honest number

Cost per booked job, reported plainly. If it stops making sense we will tell you to turn it off.

What people ask before they say yes

  • How much do I need to spend?

Enough for the data to mean something. We'll work that out on the call based on what a customer is worth to you, and if the math doesn't work we'll tell you instead of taking the money.

  • How fast will I see leads?

Leads usually come quickly. Good leads at a price that works take a few weeks of testing. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.

  • I tried Facebook ads and got junk leads.

Usually that's a targeting and qualification problem, not an ad problem. Junk leads get filtered before they reach you.

  • Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. What holds you is whether it works.

  • Do I need a new website for this?

No. Ads point at a dedicated landing page we build. If your main site is also costing you leads, that's a separate conversation.

  • Who owns the ad account?

You do. Your Business Manager, your billing, your data.

This is one part of a bigger machine

Ads bring people in. Your site turns them into leads. The system works them into booked jobs. You can hire us for any one of those, and most owners start with the piece that's bleeding worst.

Let's do the mathbefore you spend a dollar

Thirty minutes. We'll work out what a customer is worth to you and whether paid ads make sense. If they don't, you'll leave knowing that too.
